Delivery & Returns
Delivery across Pakistan
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days for Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, and 3–7 business days for other destinations. Delivery is free for orders of Rs. 5,000 or more; a Rs. 250 delivery fee applies below that amount.
Exchanges
Unused pieces in their original packaging may be requested for exchange within seven days of delivery. Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact our care team with your order number and photos where relevant.
Keep your shine
Jewellery Care
Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or applying perfume and lotions. Wipe each piece gently after wear and store it separately in the Adornexa pouch. Avoid abrasive cleaners and direct contact with household chemicals.

Can I pay when my order arrives?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across our supported delivery areas in Pakistan.
How will my order be packaged?
Every piece arrives in a reusable Adornexa box with a soft storage pouch and care card.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact Customer Care as soon as possible. We can update an order before it enters packing, but dispatched orders cannot be changed.
